Refund Policy

If we cannot produce or fulfill an order, we refund the amount paid, including shipping.

Contact us to request cancellation before production. After production starts, change-of-mind cancellation may not be available for a personalized item. If an item is damaged, materially incorrect or not received, email us with the order number.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
