We use your uploaded photos and pet details to create your visual preview and process your custom figurine request. We collect contact and shipping information when you choose to order.

Photos and previews are stored privately. Authorized production providers receive only the information needed to make and deliver your item. We do not sell your photos or use them in advertising without separate permission.

Stripe handles card payments; ToonCity does not store card numbers. Contact [email protected] about access, correction or deletion, subject to recordkeeping requirements.
