How does TOONCITY turn a pet photo into a custom figurine?
You upload 1–5 photos and pet details. We generate a visual AI Toon Preview for you to review. If you choose to claim the figurine and pay shipping, our team reviews the order and arranges physical production.
What kind of pet photo should I upload?
Use clear, well-lit photos from different angles. Front, side and full-body views help show your pet's markings and shape. JPG, PNG and HEIC files up to 10 MB each are accepted.
Can I preview the design before paying?
Yes. The standard flow shows an AI Toon visual preview before checkout. It is an illustration, not a printable STL/OBJ file or a promise of exact likeness.
Can you make both dogs and cats?
Yes. Select Dog or Cat when creating your request; you can also choose Other for a different pet type.
How long does production and delivery take?
Our current estimate is 10–15 days for production and delivery. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
Where does TOONCITY ship?
Available destinations and the exact shipping charge are shown when you choose a country before checkout. We only accept payment for destinations currently enabled on the site.
